Download the plugin linked below, extract the appropriate .dll-file (64-bit SIMCA-P+ states 'X64' in caption), and install it as follows:
1) Start SIMCA-P+.
2) In View | General Options, tab More Options, you will find the path of the default plugin directory. This directory can be changed, as needed.
3) Add the appropriate .dll in the plugin directory and re-start SIMCA-P+.
