Incorrect defaults OPLS/O2PLS plots (Q680)
The information in this article applies to:
- SIMCA-P+ 12
- SIMCA-P+ 12.0.1
Symptoms
1) The default loading plot an OPLS/O2PLS model with one predictive component and orthogonal components should be pq[1]/poS[1]. For OPLS with 1 y the p[1] vs. po[1], available from the Loadings dialog, displays the same information.
2) For a model with one predictive component and 2 or more orthogonal components the 3D scatter plot for scores and loadings should default to t[1]/to[1]/to[2] and pq[1]/poS[1]/poS[2].
3) With 2 predictive components and 1 or more orthogonal components, the default 3D plots should be t[1]/t[2]/to[1] and pq[1]/pq[2]/poS[1].
Workaround
When displaying plots, select to display the vectors listed above.
Status
Will be fixed in the next release.
More Information
Currently the poS vectors is only available from the Plot/List menu. The plot can then be added to Favorites.
