Product Development

Product development is a critical activity in the food and beverage industry which is facilitated by strategic use of design of experiments (DOE). Development time is reduced and key characteristics of quality and taste may be understood and optimized.

DOE is a well established and proven approach for product development within the food and beverages sector. It is also a structured and statistically correct procedure (according to the standards of the Food and Drug Administration) for identifying critical parameters to ensure consistent product quality.
