Ensuring that each chamber running a particular recipe obtains the same process and yield results is a technique known as Chamber Matching. Using PLS-Discriminant Analysis (PLS-DA) in SIMCA-P+ off-line data analysis, one can quickly identifiy the differences between two identical chambers. Time is spent more efficiently on minimizing the chamber differences with the understanding of their origin.
