| Matrikon and Umetrics sign partnership |

Matrikon Inc. and Umetrics Inc. today announced a partner agreement to provide a combination of software packages for the seamless installation of Process Analytical Technology (PAT) solutions for the pharmaceutical market. Umetrics and Matrikon will offer ProcessMonitor™ products for integration of Umetrics’ SIMCA-P+ and SIMCA-Batch On-Line data analysis products to manufacturing, process, analytical and laboratory information management systems.
