Umetrics Announces SBOL 3.0 2007-09-17
Umetrics is happy to announce the release of version 3.0 of SIMCA-Batch On-Line (SBOL).

Version 3.0 of SBOL is greatly improved, and includes many new features, such as:
  • Ability to simultaneously monitor several evolving batches in different units in the batch process.
  • Handling of sub-batches.
  • Different phases can have different execution intervals.
  • Overview of evolving batches displayed in the Active Batches window.
  • Defining warning and alarm limits, and color coding batches accordingly in the Active Batches window.
  • Sequential and partial batch level models are predicted when data is available.
  • Tag name translations improved using configuration wizard.
  • Saving and importing configurations as XML.
  • Ability to view all connected clients and open projects.
  • Improved export to external database interface.
  • Ability to catch-up specified batches using Repredict.
  • Ability to repredict batches.
