Remote Support

Umetrics can give you remote support with the tool TeamViewer. When asked by Umetrics support to use this method, you follow the instruction here to allow us to connect to your computer.

What you need to do

  1. Select the language of the application below, click on the link, download and run the application (no installation required). This works even if you are not an administrator of your computer.
  2. Then the program will start and you will see an ID and Password that you should give to your Umetrics support person.
  3. The Umetrics employee then can can see your computer's desktop while you are logged in, and interact with you to help you with your problem.
