FabStat is a fully executable stand-alone product with interfaces to the data collection system and the SPC system. FabStat has a built in interface for widely used data collection systems. Its interface is easily modified to integrate with almost all silicon wafer data systems, from the first generation to the latest 300 mm tools.

- 2 GHz or faster processor.
- 2 GB RAM or more.
- 20 GB available hard disk space.
- Color graphics display with at least 1024x768 resolution.
- DVD-ROM or CD-ROM drive.
- Microsoft Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2003 R2, Windows Server 2008, or Windows Server 2008 R2.
- SIMCA-P+ 12 or SIMCA-P+ 12.0.1.
Technical Requirements
- Models based on historical data built with SIMCA-P+
- Process Database or equivalent file archiving system
- Database infrastructure, or DCS etc.
