• 800x600 screen res., color display
• Windows 2000 Professional or XP; Graphics card with 3-D acceleration and which supports OpenGL
• Internet Explorer (Ver. 4.01 SP2 or later). Internet Explorer 6.0 or later is required for the Audit Trail functionality

Some of the New Features in MODDE 8

RED-MUP designs
Umetrics introduces RED-MUP designs, Rectangular Experimental Designs for Multi-Unit Platforms. The concept is to unite two separate designs of stock solutions into one design and apply it to plates with multi-pipettes or robots. In addition to the immediate rewards of applying DOE to multi-well plates, this approach also greatly reduces the time for manual preparation.



Rechtschaffner designs
The flexible Rechtschaffner designs is available in two and three levels, which makes it useful for both screening and optimization purposes.



Doehlert designs
The Doehlert design in 2 to 20 factors is also a new and flexible addition in MODDE 8. The experimental region can be “shifted around” with the addition and subsequent removal of experiments.

4D Sweet Spot plot
The Sweet Spot plot in MODDE is now also available in a 4D version, showing the results along up to four coordinate axes.


Create List from plots
Creating lists from plots is now possible from all plots outside the Prediction menu.


Improved Report generator
The Report Generator that transfers graphs and tables into a HTML document is now improved and equals the high standard of SIMCA-P/P+.
